Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return & exchange policy. We work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design, simply return/exchange the product within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Disclaimer: If a lens-based (prescription) order is placed, kindly allow up to 10 working days to process. BIFOCAL / PROGRESSIVE lens-based orders are not accepted.
Return Process
Click on the Return/Exchange link with your Order Number under the Return/Exchange Centre on our website. You may Return, Refund or Exchange the product if you meet the following criteria:
The request must be raised within 3 days of receipt/delivery of the products.
The price tag, identification tag, invoice and original packing must be intact and sent back.
The product should not be used, damaged, or have scratches that diminish its value.
Ensure the return package is properly sealed. If found damaged, it will be resent to you and not considered for return/refund.
The returned product will be checked by our experts before we proceed further.
Refund amount excludes shipping/COD charges and any rechecking cost.
For exchange on COD orders, shipping/COD charge will be excluded.
Refund (PREPAID only) is initiated within 2-3 working days after our expert confirms the product is intact. Refunds not applicable on lens-based orders.
Reverse pickup and replacement delivery usually takes 5-7 working days.
For LENS-based customized orders with power/lens issue: ₹499 for lenses and ₹199 for fitting charged for replacement (if accepted).
Fitting fees and lens charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
UNIFOCAL POWERS, if processed, charged @ ₹999/- per frame along with fitting fees.
EXCHANGE is a time-taking process which usually takes 10-15 working days to dispatch the replacement order.
Important Notes
No Return/Exchange/Refund on prescription-based (lens) orders.
Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further exchange or refund applies on that order.
Lens customization after delivery: ₹499/- (up to ±5) and ₹999/- for above (LENS ONLY).
No refund/exchange/return on products worth ₹600/- or lesser value.
Refund Policy
You may opt for a Credit Note (Store Credit) for the amount paid, OR a refund after paying a ₹200/- convenience fee (deducted from original payment, balance credited back). Applies to prepaid orders only, if no promotional coupon was applied.
For COD orders, only exchange with another product applies. NO bank/cash/account refunds on COD.
If a wrong or damaged product is sent back by the customer, we will not accept the return/exchange.
No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges on promotional offers or discounted orders.
Once exchanged & delivered, no further exchange/refund applies (including store-credit orders).
Wrong/faulty product? Inform us within 24hrs of delivery — email zinnioptika@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88902 22922. We arrange pickup within 24-48hrs.
For wrong lens-based orders, we replace with the correct one. No refunds on this basis.
Once the product is picked up, the original product is dispatched within 3-5 working days.
In case of tampered packaging at delivery, please do not accept the order and inform us.
Zinni Optika may cancel any order without prior notice; refund initiated within 2-3 working days to original payment mode.
Cancellation by customer after order is processed/dispatched: ₹200/- convenience fee (prepaid orders).
Credit Note is a gift card issued to your wallet, redeemable within 1 year of issue on any frame on our website.
We urge you to make an unboxing video before opening any order. If the item is physically damaged, has missing parts, is defective, or differs from the description — send us the unboxing video within 5 hours of receipt. No refunds/return/exchange without it (only same product dispatched).
Exchange Policy
We provide a free exchange on all orders within 3 days of receipt.
No offers/discounts applicable on exchange/returns. Exchange is processed on MRP (price on website at time of exchange).
No return/refund/exchange on orders where a discount or promotional coupon was applied.
Credit note / Gift card not applicable if applying any promotional offer.
No return/refund/exchange on storage box, sunglasses leather case, or any accessories.
No return/refund/exchange on lens-based (customized) orders.
No refund/exchange/return on products worth ₹600/- or lesser.
If no logistic partner provides pickup service, the customer must send via SPEED POST (shipping borne by us as per actuals) within 2 days of us informing about no-service availability. If customer ships from their end, ₹200/- convenience fee is waived (prepaid orders only).
Shipping Policy
Shipping is charged @ ₹99/- per order, which may vary from time to time.
Orders are shipped through our logistic partner within 48hrs of order placement.
We ship within 2 days of receipt; delivery usually takes 2-10 working days depending on location.
Lens-based customized orders take 2-5 working days for dispatch from warehouse.
In case of logistic delay, refund will not be processed on delay basis; convenience fee applicable (if refund applicable — prepaid orders only).
Offers
All offers are for a limited period only and may change without prior notice. Offers do not apply on lens-based orders.
If an order is not delivered but shows "delivered" status, inform us within 24hrs of the delivery message so we can raise it with the shipping partner. Delivery is OTP-based — we hold no accountability for deliveries to wrong contact details.
If a LENS order is RTO (returned) due to incorrect address/contact, we can only redispatch once the order is physically delivered back to our warehouse (up to 7 business days from RTO date).
